Prior to the launch of their new recruitment portal, Prime Appointments recruitment process involved the applicant completing a number of paper based application forms; in some cases as many as 18. These applications were then manually re-typed into the Itris recruitment database; a job requiring 2 x full time members of staff.
We created a bespoke recruitment portal that seamlessly integrated with the Itris recruitment database back end. This allowed candidates to self-serve; providing the ability for existing candidates to lookup their details and for any new candidates to apply online.
Purely on overhead savings alone the return on investment, with such a labour intensive predecessor, the system was fully funded in 6 months. It also then freed-up two members of the team to work on other areas of the business.
We also worked closely with Itris to architect the services required from their platform; we wrote the API contract specifications and integration guides for them to work from.
